1Agreement Definitions & Scope

"cuci44", "we", "Platform" refer to cuci44 and all services operating under the domain cuci44.onl. "Member", "user", "you" refer to any individual who has registered or is using the cuci44 platform.

These Terms and Conditions cover all aspects of platform use including but not limited to: account registration, fund deposits and withdrawals, use of bonuses and promotions, participation in all types of games, and communication with the cuci44 team.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy cuci44, all of which form part of your overall agreement with our platform.

2Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the cuci44 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming program
• Never previously banned by cuci44 for terms violations
• Using your real identity and not representing another party without written authorisation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on cuci44. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

Upon registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank details. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended and all transactions placed on hold until verification is complete.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Process

Cuci44 conducts a KYC process as part of our commitment to platform security and compliance with responsible financial guidelines. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• Recent bank statement (no older than 3 months) as proof of address
• Selfie holding MyKad for visual identity verification
• Additional documents if requested by the cuci44 security team

The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. Your first withdrawal may be delayed until verification is complete. We ensure all submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Cuci44 supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including FPX, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to payment method and account tier
• No processing fees are charged by cuci44 for deposits
• Deposit funds must come from an account held in the member's own name only

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed promptly once a request is submitted and security verification is complete. The cuci44 finance team targets processing within 10 minutes for standard withdrawals on business days.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account held in the member's name
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal is approved if a bonus has been received
• Cuci44 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Cuci44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover/wagering requirements set individually for each promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• The new member welcome bonus is only available to accounts that make their first deposit within 7 days of registration
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stipulated timeframe before the bonus expires
• Cuci44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of abuse or breach of terms
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly as cash
• Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering requirements

Bonus Abuse

Cuci44 employs a smart detection system to identify bonus abuse patterns. This includes arbitrage betting strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated activity between players to manipulate bonus terms. Any account detected engaging in such activity will be terminated without compensation.

6Game Rules & Integrity

All games offered on the cuci44 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including cuci44 itself.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final and binding
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, cuci44 will resolve the issue based on the last saved system record
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing — connection disruptions do not void active bets
• Cuci44 reserves the right to void or suspend any match/game found to be involved in proven fraud or manipulation
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited

For live casino games with real dealers, players are expected to remain respectful at all times. cuci44 reserves the right to remove any player who behaves inappropriately or disrupts other players' experience without any refund.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci44 platform and will result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information
• Multiple accounts: Owning or operating more than one account
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process or conceal illicit funds
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat other players
• Bot & automation use: Using automated software to play or place bets
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting technical errors to obtain unauthorised gains
• Threats & harassment: Threatening or harassing staff or other players
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to access cuci44 systems without authorisation

8Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may close your cuci44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all bonus requirements have been met or forfeited, and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. A closed account cannot be reactivated in the same way — a new registration is required after the waiting period has elapsed.

Closure by cuci44

Cuci44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Internal business decisions involving platform risk management

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, cuci44 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements. Verified real-money balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless directly involved in fraudulent activity.

9Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Cuci44 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy cuci44 in full.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The cuci44 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous, error-free service, cuci44 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet every specific user requirement.

• Cuci44 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or user device malfunctions
• Cuci44 is not liable for any financial losses arising from wagering decisions made by users
• Any information provided by the platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice
• Cuci44's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total actual deposits made within the 30 days prior to the claim

11Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Cuci44 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes affecting members' rights or responsibilities will be communicated via in-platform notifications and registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the cuci44 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
